Maison Karlie

Maison Karlie is a coffee shop in Nice few meters from Jean Medecin Avenue (main street in the center), combining a cozy atmosphere with high-quality coffee. Located in the city center, it’s the perfect spot whether you’re looking for a morning espresso or a slow afternoon latte. The café is known for its pastel decor and homemade pastries : the “Madeleine” that look just as good as they taste. It’s the kind of place where you can relax with a book, meet a friend, or simply enjoy the authentic café culture of Nice.

Frisson

Located in Le Vieux-Nice, 2 Parisians’s guy opened a coffee shop but also a cultural place where you can meet like-minded people. They expose different artist every months. In summer they have delicious ice-cream in a bun, quite unusual but def a must to taste. Frisson is also the first place in nice where they had tonic-café which I discovered abroad. Tonic-cafe is indeed Tonic melted with coffee haha but I really loved the combination of the two.

Blend

Blend coffee is such a gem for me. Hidden in the center of the old-town, it’s a cozy little spot, with a cozy and authentic vinyl vibe. I would recommend this place for their burgers, cooked by the mom’s owner!. Every time I pass nearby, I’m craving for their burger with chicken crisp, potato crisp and the nutella pain perdu for the desert (Yummy!).

There is actually 2 locations in Nice but the one i prefer for being more quiet, smaller, and better for a coffee shop is the one located near the Galeries Lafayettes. Find the Google Pin here. This one is also absolutely adorable with its natural and modern design.
